Generals can do everything the ranks below them can produce huge fire balls and gouts of fire. At General rank, you are able to knock people off of their feet completely and can bust through earth 2 ranks below you.
King/Lord (For Non-Fire Avatar this is your range and size of fire)

The kings and lords can produce massive fire balls and gouts of fire and can have essentially as much fire as they want but after 10 posts of fire bending straight through with no rest they will be fatigued. For Kings and Lords, you are able to push someone back a few feet with the fire, and can bust through a benders earth 2 ranks below you. Tied with Avatar.
Fire Avatar
Primary :75 meters from the user Secondary: 65 meters.
