New Benders and Civilians Law:
Any member willing to join the great Fire Nation, if it be for technology or if it be for military reasons you are welcome. You will be treated with respect and honor. The great Fire Empire shall grant any person joining the military or D.A.R.P.A. full citizenship and granting full rights of the benders bill of rights and civilian bill of rights. However Military code and rules will still be enforced. This also applies to any natural born non-benders, by joining the military or D.A.R.P.A. You also gain these rights.
Furthermore we welcome those joining the Fire Empire, regardless of race, bending ability and nationhood. All non-military joining immigrants are granted the civilian rights while in the Fire Empire. We hope to make the Fire Empire a place where all people of other nations may work together in order to form a better Empire.
