Can be used on a heat source that is Avatar level or below. People believe this is taking the Lightning Redirection and altering it to encompass heat in general.

i would allow this if instead steam it were smoke. if you still want steam can you describe to me how a water source is implemented?

changed to smoke. Not sure why I put steam, but it could have been the human body itself as the water source

Description:
Taking his nickname of Hothead to a new level, Raizo developed a technique to be used when captured in a small area enclosed area. This is an advanced form of Heat Control where the user superheats the air around himself, causing a rise in air pressure in small, enclosed areas which often have explosive implications [Area must be 5m or less around user.] When used correctly, an explosion shoots out from the user and sends what is holding them flying off aswell [Debris shoots off to 10m away]. Can only be used in an area that keeps air trapped in place. [Such as the inside of a block with no way for air to escape]

Description:
A move taught to Raizo by his own Dragon. Either exhaling, or releasing a stream from his nose, a flame will shoot out instantly [up to 5m]. It is more used as a surprise attack against an enemy and has a low chance to hit an opponent that sees it coming. However, unlike the other flame breaths, the potential goes much further. When a flame is headed towards the user, they begin to inhale while making a pulling motion towards the flame with their hands. The flame will be directed into their gullet where they will begin to exhale and send it back towards the direction they're currently facing. [Only works on flames below the user's rank - Can only be used on one flame at a time.]
