Riri's belly had become increasingly empty as time had gone on. She could live off wild flora easily but they never filled up her little tummy. She'd gotten a little more scrawny during her time travelling and was longing for the taste of some large kinds of fruits to replace the nuts and berries. So she screwed up her courage and decided on a plan to get some food that both tasted nice and filled her body up. The plan was simple. All she needed to do was wait on the trade route for someone to come by and buy the pretty little daggers she'd taken from the abandoned satchel. She lay down her red shawl on the ground to make a small carpet for the merchandise. This left her without much warm covering on her torso, leaving her with just a small vest like garment that didn't cover her upper arms. Shivering a little Riri made sure to place each of her three pretty daggers down on the shawl, making sure to write a small price tag (In very messy hand writing) on the little pieces of paper she had.

Finally positioning them at equal intervals neatly she clapped to herself happily, the easy part was over and she'd been a great success. The hard part was to come soon, interacting with people on the road. If anyone actually came down the road she'd have to talk to them, and she wasn't looking forward to it. She shook her head, causing her red hair to mess up around her face in the process. She had to be brave and junk, it'd be easy. All she needed to do was sell the flame patterned daggers to someone and she could obtain some money for some food, though she'd need to find a town shortly after that as well.

The Team had made camp within the area to gather some supplies for their continued expedition to Ba Sing Se. It had only been a few days since they left the blazing Fire Nation and entered the lukewarm climate of the Earth Kingdom. To tell the truth, the change in scenery was exciting for the young Avatar. He had never seen the world, thanks to being cooped up in the Fire Temple just to be taught the way of the Avatar. Infact, he had hardly seen the Fire Nation Capital once he was taken away from his family. When he had a chance to separate from the group and go exploring, he almost took off like a bullet from a barrel. This was a chance of freedom and gave him time to explore why the Earth Kingdom was so prosperous. The trees, mountains, vegetation, and wildlife would show Raizo it was much different than the charred Fire Nation..Something he was actually pretty jealous of. Even so, he wouldn't trade his home land for the world. After all, it was where his people were, and where he had most of his origin.

Continuing his venture, the young Avatar would come across a rather small salesgirl who was currently on the side of the road. Laid out infront of her were various daggers on a red cloth..Was she some kind of merchant? Telling from her attire, and overall frame, she had been traveling for quite some time. She was rather small, and her cute face was just asking for help. Now don't get me wrong, Raizo was a good guy when it came to people in need, but that wouldn't be the reason he approached her. No, he had experience with children and they seemed to shower him in attention when he showed off. They were probably the best to showboat to. With a smug grin, he'd place his hands on his side and lean down towards the cute redhead. Wait..Redhead? Oh god, was she related to Yoko?! That would make things troublesome in the long run..He could only stand one Yoko in this world..

"Hey there. You wouldn't happen to be related to a..girl named Yoko, would you?"

Riri's audibly gasped in surprise. She'd almost dozed off waiting for a customer on the road and was taken by surprise by the sudden sound of another person talking. She let out a nervous squeak before trying to decipher what the other person had said. Something about being related to people and stuff. She looked thoughtful for a moment trying to discover the answer in her head. "Yo... ko?"

Unable to come up with an answer she decided she must not be, and gave a teeny tiny shake of the head in answer. Biting her bottom lip she tried to summon the will to try and go through with her plan. Selling something, to get some food. That required that someone needed to buy something. She opened her mouth to try and convince the boy into buying one of the daggers but found her nervousness only let out a small yelp. Instead she tried to gesture to what she wanted, pointing to the daggers with a timid finger, avoiding eye contact as she did, which wasn't hard as her head was pointed slightly down, making her red fringe almost cover her eyes.

"Nyeh." She pointed again, withdrawing her finger slowly afterwards. With a small obvious blush in embarrassment across her face.

His eyes would sparkle at the girl's response to his question. She was so shy, and couldn't even make eye contact. She could only shake her head and make the cutest sounds he had ever heard. The small girl would begin to point towards the daggers on the cloth below her, making an attempt to show exactly why she was sitting on the path in the first place. Raizo place his hands on his knees while tilting his head. A smug smile on on his face as his amber eyes would narrow. "Sorry but I don't really have much money on me. Instead, how bout you come back to camp with me and I'll give you some food. You look pretty hungry." The Avatar spoke in a rather calm voice, as he'd lean back up to stand straight. He was interested to see how Yoko would react to him bringing home another red head..Although this one wasn't as fiery as her, he was interested to see their reaction to one another. Anything that messed with her made Raizo a happy camper. He wasn't too sure why he was so interested in her reactions..

Either way, the boy would extend his hand to the younger girl. "If you come with me, I'll give you a piggy back ride. I promise it'll be fun! Then I'll get you nice and full!"

Riri bit down on her lip a little harder. She wasn't sure weather to take up the boys offer or not. You weren't suppose to go home with strangers after all. She recoiled away slightly, a little scared of the prospect. But food sounded good, and a camp meant actual food, not just nuts and berries. before she could answer her stomach betrayed her, making a large grumbly sound. Her hands moved to the traitorous body part, and she pouted, looking away from the boy again. "Uwaa..."

Reluctantly she pushed all three of the daggers towards the boy, believing he was asking for them in return for the food, and half hoping the more daggers she gave the better the situation would become. She scrunched her little hands around the red cloth and wrapped it around her body quickly. Letting out a pleased sigh feeling her warmth no longer leaving her body to the cold air. Stumbling on her feet she struggled to get up, finally managing it, she debated weather or not it was a good idea one last time. Finally deciding she could probably run away pretty quickly if he turned out to be mean.

She raised her arms upwards, outstretched in acceptance of the offer of a piggy back. Expecting to be picked up. she finally mad eye contact with whoever the boy was, but lost it quickly, regaining her pouty expression slightly embarrassed at the size difference between them. "Up?" she finally requested in a soft voice, blushing a harder red again, hoping the food would be worth the embarrassment.

The adorable girl would press the daggers towards him and Raizo would raise a brow in response. He wasn't really trying to help her because of them, but maybe Katsuro would have some use for them. Raizo wasn't the type to use daggers, but the non-bender of the team surely did. With a flick of the wrist, he'd place the daggers securely between his sash and waist, before kneeling down to have an even eye level with the small girl. "By the way, my name's Raizo. Do you like magic tricks? I'm so gonna totally show you one!" Turning around and picking the adorable girl up onto his back, Raizo would look over his shoulder with a smile. "Hold on tight, Okay Mini-Yoko?" With that said, Raizo would tighten his grip around her leg slightly while taking off into a light jog. Around his feet, a few sparks of flames would erupt before hoisting him, and the smaller girl, into the air at a steady pace. Before one would know it, the two would be flying into the air on flames. Raizo would spiral around abit, but not too fast to send her flying off. "So what's your name, Mini-Yoko?! Have you ever flown like this before?" Raizo would be yelling over the constant sound of wind and flames, as he'd continue to look forward towards the direction he was headed. The camp wasn't too far away, and they could have easily walked there..But he was a show off, so yeah..He would show off..Hopefully the timid girl would appreciate it. When he was with Yoko, she didn't really care for his antics. If Mini-Yoko did, it'd be so much more awesome!

"U-uhn" she nodded in agreement to holding on tight. Clutching at the older boys clothing tightly as he got ready to do some kind of magic trick. She squeaked in surprise as he started flying on his own, burying her face into his back a little afraid of falling off. She slowly reopened her eyes as they lifted into a steadier flight, it wasn't too fast, she could cope with this.

She stuttered a little before answering the boys second question. Unable to find her own name for a moment or two. She answered a little quietly which may have nt been a great idea with the rushing air around her. "Riri's name is Riri" She informed nervously. "A-and her panda mouse is called Umi" She added, feeling the curled up lump in her trouser pocket.

She breathed in deeply, calming herself before checking out the landscape from their levitated position, it wasn't quite as high and fast as Riri had been used to in the past, but it was similar. Trying to recall other times she'd been up high, flying at fast speeds."Nhmm, Riri's been on Sky Bison before, and, and she tried to use a glider once."

She loosened her grip slightly on the boy, but cuddled her small body a little closer feeling the nostalgia of being in the air. It made her feel slightly more trusting of the boy knowing he could fly around, cause flying was something she had liked to do. Though perhaps that wasn't a connection people with slightly more rational minds would have made. "Wh-who is uhm..." She tried to think of a nickname to ask the boys real name with. She looked backwards at the boys feet. "Who is older fire feet boy?" She asked curiously, clinging on.

She spoke in third person..Raizo couldn't determine if it was weird or cute. Most likely the latter, seeing how young she was. If she truly was a Mini-Yoko she would most likely enjoy the flight. However, she seemed to be slightly scared..Or was it being nervous? Whatever it was, it caused the Avatar to smile slightly. And to think she had such an adorable name aswell..it was pretty weird finding her out and alone. What happened to her parents? There were so many questions he wanted to ask her, but it wasn't the time right now. It was more important to get her to the rest of the gang. Raizo would listen to her story about riding on a sky bison and trying to glide before. That gave him a good idea where she came from. Surely the Air Temples..But which one? That'd be something to check out sometime in the future when he was to bring her home. Though who said she even had a home?

As they continued to glide through the air, the girl would loosen her grip and cause the boy to look over his shoulder at her. "Can you keep a secret? I'm not just any flame footed boy..I ammm.." He'd drag out the words in a dramatic pause as the two of them would descend towards the earth below, near a circular rock formation. "..the Avatar! Protector of worlds and keeper of balance! Pretty cool, huh?" Kneeling down so the girl could slide off, he'd stand and pat her head. "I'm sure you're pretty special too, Mini yo-, I mean Riri."

Riri made an audible gasp at the revelation. That really was cool. Like some kind of super hero and stuff. She paused a little before noticing they'd landed, she was meant to get down. She enjoyed being close to the flying hero boy. She pouted a little, though not as notably as before, and slid down to the ground. She blinked a little up at the boy as she was patted, sliding close to his side so she could stay close to his body, even if came up quite short.

Praise was a rather new thing to her, especially from random flying super hero strangers. She needed to think up something special to back up the praise."Y-yeah, Riri is special too." She quickly nodded, looking around for something to proclaim herself as, before pointing upwards. "Riri is princess of the sky." She claimed boldly, a little more confident than she was before. Her confidence streak was broken however by another grumble of her stomach. She blushed in embarrassment, but trusting the strange avatarish boy a little more she tugged at his shirt a little with her small hand, though still avoiding eye contact.

"H-hey. Uhm. Mr. Hero?" She clutched her tummy with the other hand, looking down. "Uhn... Food?" She timidly asked, remembering the task at hand.

Raizo's eyes would widen slightly, as the girl said she was a "Princess of the Sky." He'd smile soon after, while tilting his head to the side. "I wasn't aware I was dealing with royalty! Excuse my ignorance, Princess Riri." The boy would take a bow to the young girl, showing his respect even if she was just playing around. Her stomach would grumble by this time, and cause the boy to tilt his head. He was supposed to get her to camp to give her some food. "Okay, Riri, we're almost there. Not much further!" Taking her hand, he'd walk with her towards the camp where the others would be awaiting his return.

Riri let out a shy giggle, blushing further at the bow the avatar had given her. Her hand suddenly taken, she clutched his hand tightly as she was taken off towards the camp of the avatar. She hoped the food would be good, she noted the boy could use fire and stuff. Which meant it might be cooked. In a slight daze thinking of the food she was guided by the avatar to the first group of people she'd met in ages.
