Experience: I have about 6 years of rp experience and about three of those years ive modded a handfull of forums and ive admined for a few as well.
How You Plan to Contribute as Staff: I could moderate anything! Anything that needs approval or reviewing will be checked over carefully, or I could even work the admin panel if need be. In a nut shell I could do just about anything asked of me... except for gfx.

Other than those, I have some experience as a big player on a few sites, but not RPing. However, I'm a very literate, Grammatical, and, what I call, "OCD-ish" so everything will be kept tidy on my watch.
How You Plan to Contribute as Staff: Other than what has been stated above,:
- Enforce/Follow most, if not all, rules.
- Keeping chaos at a minimum.
- Enforcing large grammatical errors.
- Welcoming/Dismissing New and Old Members.
- Keeping Arguments dampened (Put out/Extinct/etc.).
- Accepting/Denying/Helping with Character Profiles.
- Locking/Moving/Editing Threads.
- And, overall, being the best Mod I could be. \^-^/

I approve all aps as Temporary Mods. However before I instate you, I will have a quiz to test you on the rules. It will be 10 questions and you need to get everyone correct to be a mod. You have 3:20 mins to submit it. PM when you are ready for the quiz. I'd suggest studying the rules.

Experience: I've been RPing for approximately 6 years, the latter four of which I spent doing literate roleplaying on various types of forums. I've also done Avatar roleplaying before (a site that I was on from the second week of its opening till the day it closed down - approximately 1.5 years) and had risen from being a regular roleplaying member to an administrator within a couple months of joining. I've also been a mod on three other sites that each had a lifespan of anywhere from a year to three years. As of today, I am currently on one other forum site apart from this one.
How You Plan to Contribute as Staff: Generally anything that has been mentioned above. With the exception of making graphics and designing, I can do just about any other kind of moderating, from enforcing rules to going over applications to helping the site and its members in enjoying themselves and maintaining a healthy and fun environment to roleplay in. Even as part of Staff, I will continue to actively roleplay as best I can while completing all necessary duties as a staff member.

I joined the server about 5 minutes before posting this, and so this is my first post ever on this here wonderful website! xD

Experience:

I do in fact have a fair bit of experience. I was an admin on Dan Stryder´s Bending server. It took me about a year of devoted work to get there. I did stay admin for about six months until one of the other admins started provoking me, it eventually made me leave the server. From the experience of being admin I did in fact learn very much about what is demanded of you when you are a person of solution and sophisticated peace.

How You Plan to Contribute as Staff:

I´ll do pretty much any job the staff want´s me to do. I am fast learner if I may say so myself and I do take even the smallest job seriously. This is because of my devotion, or predetermind devotion seeing as I just joined.

If I am in fact allowed to join the higher ranks I will be a good staff member, trust me.
