“Water is the element of change. The people of the Water Tribes are capable of adapting to many things. They have a sense of community and love that holds them together through anything.”
Yumei is a fairly normal looking water nation girl. Dark brown hair and dark skin along with a slender body and a nice supple bust. Yumei was about 5 feet and 5 inches tall and weighing in at 140 pounds. She had a lot of muscle and little to no fat on her body, even though she felt like she did. Being Queen, Yumei has to make herself look like royalty to her people. She likes to wear a specific outfit (Outfit 2) when she does any press conferences or meet and greets with people. Her casual and luxury wear (Outfits 3 and 4) were the most commonly worn ones. One other outfit she had (Outfit 4) also functioned as a perfect outfit for her water bending. She loved wearing clothes that formed well and functioned properly for any situation. Her winter clothing (Outfit 1) was another functional outfit that she wore in the deep winters in the North and South Pole. If she isn’t wearing any of these specific items of clothing, she usually lays around her home all day in nice warm clothes, or if she is in a warmer place, her underwear.
Personality:
Yumei is an interesting soul. She loves water and its properties being so universal. And like water, she loves to go with the flow of things. Not caring too much on the future, more on the now. Most would say she is easy going, and most would be right. However, there is a dark side to Yumei, like all people. Yumei cares for loved ones, specifically herself. She loves making sure she is safe at all times. Yumei does love all of her people though. The water nation citizens. Anyone who harms the citizens of the nation will be dealt great consequences. She will never allow someone to come into a harmful contact with her people. She promised herself that would never happen when she took the throne all those years ago.

Name: Power of the moon Range: Passive Description: When the full moon is out, Yumei becomes a vicious machine in battle. No matter what, her eyes turn completely white, as a representation of the moon. Along with that, her hair turns completely white. Her water bending abilities are strengthened, like all water benders. Yumei is completely one with the water at this time. Some have seen Yumei shine bright like the moon, and her body becoming fully one with the water.
Name:Breath of Water Nation: Passive Description:The user can hold their breath for five post, before needing to take another breath. This allows them to hold their breath under water, when the air around them is bad, and well when they just wants to hold their breath. After they hold their breath, they must wait one post before attempting to hold their breath again.
Name:Water Form Nation:Water Description:Residents of the water nation have extremely flexible and agile bodies. They can bend twist and move in very odd ways that would hurt a normal human body. This makes them very slippery and agile.
Name:Water Walk Nation:Water Description:Residents of the water nation are extremely skilled in, near and around water. They can swim faster than others, are really agile in water. They can run walk and move in water without being slowed or hindered, and are a force to be reckoned with in the water.

Then, they can use these to fight and throw the enemies around the battle field. The user can also bend water through them using different attacks besides this. The requires great strength to maintain, and only recruit level techniques can be performed while maintaining this technique.

Name:Spewing of an Ocean Rank:Lord Element:Water Range:50m Description:Turles can vomit 40 gallons of water every three post. The post before he does this he must absorb water vapor from the air into his body, then the post after he can spew the water.
Name:Aqua Dash Rank:Lord Element:Water Range:10 feet Description:summoning water beneath his feet Turles can dash up to thirty miles per hour in a direction of ten feet. This is a high speed boost that will send him in any direction. Water will erupt in a small wave behind him.
Name:Water clones Rank:Lord Element:Water Range:10 feet Description:Turles can make up to five clones form from any water source. The clones will look exactly like turles but can not speak or bend. They are used to confuse a target, or launch weak physical attacks. These clones will burst into 20 gallons of water when attacked.
Name:Water reverb Rank:Lord Element:Water Range:- Description:Any physical attack launched against a target, with his body or a weapon, will be coated in water and splash when hit. Then water will soak whatever it hits and can cause small cuts.
Name:Aqua form Rank:Lord Element:Water Range:- Description:turles can make his body turn in a puddle of water. His entire body will sink down into a watery state and become water for one post. This is an extremely powerful move but if a water bender is around, they can bend the puddle, and if the water is seperated, turles will die.
Name:Bullets from the stream Rank:Lord Element:Water Range:20 feet Description:turles will spit bullets made of water from his mouth up to 20 feet. They will fly at a speed of 30 miles per hour and are able to smash weak stone and even break bones.
Name:Jump from Sea to the heavens Rank:Lord Element:Water Range:20 feet Description:A large spout of water will shoot out from his feet, launching him up to atleast twenty feet. A large wall of water will remain under him for one post. He can use this to shoot up at a angle also, it does not need to be straight up.
Name:Water transformation Rank:Lord Element:Water Range:Touch Description:If turles touches an object he is can turn it into water. This excludes any living object, like people plants and animals.
Name:Water Rejuvination Rank:Lord Element:Water Range:- Description:Turles is able to use his water bending to slightly heal himself of minor damage such as cuts and burns.
Name:Dance of a thousand waves Rank:Lord Element:Water Range:- Description:Water will form around his palms, and he will begin to spin, run and attack all of the battle field. Each time he strikes an object a orb of water will attach itself to the object. the orb of water will remain until the dance is done. when finished all orbs of water will rush towards turles, pulling whatever they are attached to with them.
Name:Symphony of a thousand waves Rank:Lord Element:Water Range:- Description:Turles will focus the water in his body and push it out in a 360 degree circle. it will form a orb around his body using extreme force to push anything next to him out at a speed of 50 mph. This will send any object flying out like a bullet, and will apply concussive damage to any human.

Name: Acrobat Specialty: Athlete Ability: Yumei is known for her ability to be quick and agile in any scenario. She is quick to move out of the way of an attack and leap over objects or projectiles.
Name: Mid-Air Specialty: Athlete Ability: Yumei has learned with her increased skill in acrobatics how to move her body while she is in midair. After leaping into the air, Yumei can move her body an direction 1 meter to avoid any sort of attack.

Pabu is a cute and cuddly little ferret about a two feet long and five to six inches wide. He stands about four or five inches off of the ground and his legs are three inches long. He is a very small and cuddly creature and has soft orange and red fur all over his body. Black and white colored fur is in certain places of his body as you can see form the picture. Description: Pabu is a very caring and funny little creature. He loves to play games and snuggle up to his owner Yumei all of the time. Some things Pabu likes to do, is eat. If he is given enough food he will eat until his belly is so big he cannot even walk properly. Even though Pabu is so small and defenseless he acts as if he could kill anyone and save the world. He seems to be a big shot when it comes to danger. Special Abilities:

Name: Water Satchel Appearance: This Ancient Northern Tribe Water Satchel is not very large at all. It only holds 5 gallons of water and has a large strap that sits diagonally across ones chest and rests on the back. It also has a strap that wraps around the waist so it stays on tight when moving at increased speeds. The actual satchel rests on ones lower back and has a removable cap that can be opened by the water rushing out of it, but must be closed manually. It sits comfortably on ones person and is made from very thick and durable hide that can withstand cuts from a sword, water bending cuts, fire bending, but crushing it with earth bending and advanced fire bending Lava can destroy the hide that it is made of. Range: N/A Rank: Recruit Special Abilities: N/A Origin: Yumei received this as a gift from her mother. It was an heirloom in her family, and when she became queen, it was gifted to her.
Name: Vines Appearance: The vines are long thick and green cord like plants that are soaked in water 24/7. They are lengthy and strong and are very difficult to break. Yumei stores these in her water satchel. Range: 20 meters Rank: General Special Abilities: The vines are strong and are hard to break. Anyone from equal rank and lower of the vines find it almost impossible to break them with any level of weapon or bending. The water can be bended out of them, but the vines are useless if that happens. They must be soaked in water for at least 1 post for them to attain the necessary amount of water and be effective. Origin: Yumei discovered these in a forest of the Earth Nation and learned to use them and bend the water inside them.
History and RP Sample: History:
Game Start… Yumei was born as simple as it could be. In the South Pole at its prime she was born to the king and queen of the water nation. Bato and Kira were the king and queen of the nation at the time, and with how they wanted things to be, their first born child would take the throne when they passed on from this world. She was born the first and only born child to the empire. Adored by the entire nation, Yumei was a gorgeous baby. She was born with all white hair, pale skin, and all white eyes. The full moon shone brightly onto the young child when she was born. This phenomenon would only occur on the full moon, any other time, Yumei appeared as if she was the average child born of the water nation. The nation called her “The Moon’s Daughter” with her brightly colored hair and pale skin only on the full moon. She was truly beautiful. However, not all stories are told with happy times throughout. Yumei was going to be thrown into a world she was not wishing to be a part of.
The Beautiful Let Down… When Yumei was a young child, she discovered a powerful ability that most water nation members were proud of. Water bending, the first water bender to be born under the dynasty her family had set in place. Her parents were deeply saddened by the fact that their daughter was a water bender. They thought it to be a disability or a retardation of the genes, making her not how they wished her to be. They forced her as a young child not to ever partake in such an event. They wanted her to be the way they pictured her to be raised. Yumei was not too fond of this idea. She saw her water bending as an image of her purity in the water nation. Not a handicap.
Hopeless Wanderer… Yumei was soon to be a 15 year old girl when she thought of making a drastic life choice. Her life was a literal hell. She was forbidden by her parents to be happy. Yumei loved water bending and was forced to do it in solitude. At a young age, they had her watched at all times to make sure she didn’t water bend. This set her off to a point where she would just leave her home in the south pole, and off to other places to learn to become a water bender. First, Yumei set off north, to the Earth Kingdom. She was going to search the lands there for a teacher for her. After many months of searching and working for money or food, she found a simple teacher. An elderly woman by the name of Suna just outside of Ba Sing Se was Yumei’s first Shifu. With her she learned the basics and general abilities to water bending. After learned with her, she kept traveling north. Just when she was leaving on a boat to the North Pole, she met a man. A cute man. His name was Hidoka, a boy from the North Pole. He was traveling home after taking a trip to family he had in the Earth Kingdom. He was a master water bender where he came from. Together, the two of them continued to the North Pole, and Hidoka became Yumei’s Second Shifu.
[i]Knowledge is key… Yumei stayed in the North Pole for the next ten years of her life. She studied water bending with Hidoka and others. She became a master water bender after a while and she was truly happy with her life. After a short while, she learned that there were ways that she could become even more powerful of a water bender, by bending plants. Her and Hidoka then moved south, to the Earth Kingdom. They were told of a teacher they could locate in a city just at the southernmost tip of the nation. He was skilled in the true manipulation of the vines of the earth and how to access anything in the area for the water around it. Yumei studied here with the man for a year, along with Hidoka. Her and Hidoka were good friends and never saw anything special about ruining that with a relationship. After that, the man told him of a woman in the South Pole who was a master Blood bender. He told Yumei that the irony of it all was that she was the queen of the nation. She was a master water bender and was a true blood bender. At this knowledge, Yumei went home, to confront her mother.
In Flames… Yumei was furious at the knowledge that her mother could blood bend. So Yumei had a plan. She waited for the full moon, for her body to be truly one with the water, and then force her mother to show her true abilities in front of everyone to see. Hidoka and Yumei infiltrated the palace and made their way to the throne room. They were still awake and working. Citizens were there and they were performing some sort of protest kind of interview. Yumei was not interested with details, only the confrontation of her mother. Yumei grabbed bent the vines form her pouch and then slung them forward to her mother and attempted to tying her down. Just as she slung the vines out at her, her body convulged and she was forced to the ground. Kira, Yumei’s mother walked slowly over to her daughter and raised her up to look her in the eye.
“I always knew you would find out the truth about me. I did this only because I love you, and I did not want to see you be as powerful as I am. I must be the strongest. You will never reach my potential, Yumei. Not in your wildest dreams.”
Hidoka tried to attack and she bent him down to the earth. Her mother reached her hands down to Yumei’s forehead. Yumei had no idea what was happening, but then she felt it. A weakness. Yumei bent her hand up and the vines leapt up from the ground and coiled around her mother’s neck, yanking her to the ground. The movements she saw her mother performed from the quick second before being detained allowed her to truly see the potential. Yumei bent the blood in her own mother’s body, and cracked her neck. Yumei had no idea of what she had just done, but she knew it happened. Yumei glared at her father who was cowering in fear and grabbed the crown her mother wore off of her dead body and placed it onto her head. Yumei said to the group of people still in the throne room, “I am your Queen now.” The “Moon’s Daughter” was now queen of the Water Nation.
Today… Yumei is reigning Queen of the water nation, and she currently resides in the North Pole. Hidoka decided to make a home for himself in the Earth Kingdom. Yumei continued the training and learning of plants, blood, and eventually healing. She learned of waters healing properties and mastered it, along with blood bending. Yumei was weary of things going on in the world, while trying to balance the alliances she would partake in and the enemies she would soon make in the world.

He still called himself Haku, but she would always call him Hikari. The two met just after Hikari went through the Return, and they were inseparable ever since. She trained him for his chuunin exams, along with helping him prepare for the jounin exams. From the start, Hikari felt something special about Ayaka. She was a wonderful person and was the most important thing to Hikari. He never meant to do her harm like he did to others. Hikari had dropped subtle hints that he liked Ayaka a bit more than just friends, but he was always scared to come out and just say how much he cared about her.
Over the past 6 months, a lot of things have changed. Hikari is now practically gone from the world, at least to Haku he was. Haku, along with Zerion, formed a rebelistic group called The Legion. Haku has even made some new friends, like Isui. One thing that was most notable was that about five months ago, Hikari had finally told Ayaka how he felt about the two of them being together. She was ecstatic. Ayaka had felt the same, but was weary of how Hikari had felt. After they were honest about their feelings for each other, they were even more inseparable than before.
Ayaka and Hikari spent almost every day together. When Haku was busy with matters involving The Legion, the two would go out for meals often, go out to clubs together, and on the weekends, shopping. They were in love. Hikari had even told Ayaka that just over 1 month into the relationship.
Some may think he rushed things, but neither of them felt that way. They had known each other for almost 3 years altogether. What Hikari was preparing for really started to feel like one would rush things.
The night of their five month anniversary, Hikari took his love out to a nice dinner. They went to her favorite restaurant, The Camelephant’s Stride. It was a very formal restaurant, so a dress code was implemented so that customers would have a luxurious experience at the place of business. Hikari was wearing a nice black suit with a green tie. He loved the color green; it was probably his favorite color. His girlfriend Ayaka was wearing a lovely purple dress. It was very beautiful and fit well to her body. Hikari was dumbfounded when he had seen her at her home when he had picked her up. She was truly gorgeous.
At the restaurant, Hikari had gotten some red wine. After pouring some glasses of it, Hikari began by saying, “So, we have known each other, grown, laughed, cried, and have been secretly in love with each other for the past 3 years. The past five months have been the best months of my life and I wish I had not had waited so long to confess my love to you. I wish we could have been like this since day one. I have loved you since we first met, and I can’t express or even fathom the thought of ever being able to explain how much I love you.” Ayaka was smiling at the young shinobi with her beautiful green eyes. Her boyfriend continued with, “This may seem like the most rushed thing anyone could do in a relationship, but…” Hikari got down onto knee, grabbed Ayaka’s hand, and out of his jacket pocket pulled out a single diamond ring. The 2 karat diamond sat in the center of a perimeter of sapphires and amethyst gems, Ayaka’s favorite stones. Hikari placed the ring on her left ring finger and asked, “Will you, Ayaka Takahashi, marry me?” The tearful Ayaka nodded her head yes as she pulled her now fiancé up off the ground and kissed him.
Almost two months later…
Haku has no been able to sleep much as of late. With the Legion rising up and being spread out throughout the districts, Haku has been worried about his plans. Hikari’s old life and Haku’s new life were being intertwined and things were beginning to get complicated. While trying to remain a mystery in the Legion, along with involvement with the Akatsuki, some would say that s*** was about to hit the fan.
It would only be a matter of time before the government of Kitai would order for the Legion’s demise or to have a mass genocide of anyone involved. They needed to be ready. Hikari was not all too worried about that though. Today, Hikari and Ayaka would be getting married.
“Looks like my young bachelor is finally off the market!” Hikari imagine his father would tell him as he placed his arm around his son’s neck.
“Oh honey, stop. My little man always belonged to me.” His mother would say as she kissed Hikari on the cheek, leaving a bright pair of red lips on his face from the lipstick.
Hikari wiped his cheek and laughed while saying, “Come on you guys, stop.” As he turned around to see he was all alone. Hikari stood there with his hand on his cheek and he just stared. H was honestly saddened by the fact that his birth parents would not be at his own wedding. After being abandoned as a child with terrible people who did not care about him, he wondered if his real parents were out there wondering about how badly of a mistake they had made. Maybe they started a family where they were living now. Maybe they were dead. The young boy was sad that he may never find out about them, and he would soon realize, he will die before he ever gets the chance to say, “I forgive you, and I love you.” And hug his parent’s necks. Hikari turned back to the mirror and continued getting dressed. He buttoned up the final button on his shirt, then began to tie his bow tie.
After getting ready, Hikari made his way out to the beach where everyone was waiting. It was a nice set up. A nice arch way at the end of an upraised wooden stage kind of thing. It did not move out over the water, and was tall enough so the tides would not come in and get anything wet. There were chairs set up for family and friends could sit. There were not many, maybe 20 chairs at the most. The stage was wide enough to hold all the chairs, and also a small band on the side for music.
Hikari stood under the archway with the pastor who would be marrying him and his fiancé today. They did not have any groomsmen or bridesmaids. They both agreed it was not necessary. Hikari knew though, if he did choose a best man, it would have been Isui. Isui has been Hikari’s best friend as of late. They have been on missions together and Isui even joined the Legion. He was a good guy. Isui was also, the leader of the band playing at his wedding. Hikari looked over at his friend holding an instrument of some sort waiting for the queue to begin playing when Hikari flashed a thumbs up at him. He was just so happy that he was getting married and that his best friend would be there for him. It made him not so sad about his parents not being there.
As the violins and cellos began to play that traditional and familiar tune, Ayaka dressed beautifully in her white dress holding a bouquet of Iris’, her favorite flower, began walking slowly down the aisle. Hikari had yet to see her dress, and it was well worth the wait. It was a nice all white long and sort of elegant kind of dress. The two love birds smiles and stared at each other as she walked forward to the arch way. He r beautiful reddish orange hair was flowing in the winds. Her shiny green eyes resting just beside her cute nose and above her freckled and dimpled cheeks. Ayaka walked forward slowly to the tune of the music until she stopped just before the arch way, gave the bouquet of flowers to her mother sitting in the first chair in the front row, then walked up Hikari and grabbed his hands and stared deeply into his royal blue eyes, and smiled.
Hikari looked at his fiancé with admiration at just how beautiful and amazing she was. He was truly in love with her and, and as the man who was marrying them began to speak, Hikari began to become lost in Ayaka’s eyes, as he thought of the future the two of them had together as husband and as wife.

You can suck water out of a object, but not just turn it into water.

This just isn't possible.
Unapproved, I was thinking more Nartuo less Avatar. Those two simply aren't possible, fix it please.
